GAINSBOROUGH “OLD NICK” THEATRE STAY AND SLEEP OVERNIGHT !
Come and investigate the theatre in a building with a darker past.
A 1800s victorian police house with cells and court which was responsible for the deaths of nearly 25 people down below in the darker parts of the building. After its closure it was transformed into a theatre of the arts. This grade two building harbours much reported activity. It seems the building has spirits from both aspects of its history.
A police officer is said to haunt the old Nick and some of the spirits are reported to be mischievous,
People reporting faces being stroked, Arms and legs touched or tapped. A table was dragged from a group of ghost hunters each time one of them went to touch it. A chair was seen being thrown and various sudden temperature drops taps and knocks not to mention the resident trickster poltergeist who likes to hide things! One example of this was when former team member Paul Butler put his clipboard down briefly only for it to disappear! It wasn’t until 2 weeks later that he received a phone call from the staff at the Venue saying it was just laying on a desk when they came to work in the morning.
Where had it gone for a whole two weeks and who moved it? That’s what we hope to discover when we return to the Old Nick Theatre.

so, this location promises to be a very interesting evening…

Investigation Includes:

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our team and you will be placed into a small group. Once introductions have been made and the team have run though the health and safety. You will explore different parts of the building throughout the evening with your team member. You will get the chance to conduct some amazing experiments such as Table Tipping, Glass Moving vigils and our up-to-date ghost hunting equipment. We will be using the most active areas of the venue throughout the night and you will be guided through this terrifying process by our friendly and capable team. Included near the end of your evening you will be able to have an hour of your personal time  and explore for an hour using what equipment you would like. Do you dare to explore the unknown?
